Prior to consulting, Michele Mikeska worked for twelve years as a seasoned art director then innovation designer/strategist with clients such as American Express, Delta, Sony, Disney, Fox, and The New York Times. Michele has worked with CEOs, executives, and emerging leaders across the country, in a variety of industries, to proactively create more impact, results, and meaning in their unique environments.
